Step 1: Login to Canalbox Dashboard
Before making any changes to your WiFi settings, log in to your Canalbox dashboard. There are two main sections you need to access:

- Subscription Management (for managing your subscription details)

The Subscription Management section is where you can view and adjust your Canalbox subscription details, upgrade your plan, make payments, and manage your account. To log in, follow these steps::

- Enter the email or phone number you used when signing up. (Remember to include the country code with your phone number).
- Enter your password. If you’ve forgotten it, click “Forgot Password” and reset it via email or SMS.

The Router (Box) Management section allows you to manage your router settings. Here, you can change your WiFi name (SSID) and WiFi password, as well as configure IP network settings. To access this section, follow these steps::
- Connect your Canalbox router to a computer or device using WiFi or Ethernet cable.
- Visit https://my.canalbox.africa/login.
- Enter your router serial number and press Login.
- Once logged in, click on the top left corner to access Settings options.
- Select WiFi from the menu to access the WiFi settings.
- Now, you can update your WiFi name (SSID) and WiFi password as needed.
